Wilcox Custom Builders is currently focused on the second home market in Winter Park Colorado which includes custom home builds as well as development of several for sale development projects at base of Winter Park Resort. We also specialize in the high end custom home market of Denver Colorado.

Tyler is happily married to his beautiful wife Julia, and they live in west Denver with their six children, Lucy, Madeline, Jack, Hannah, Teddy and Teagan. Julia, an attorney and real estate agent by trade, assists with much of the day-to-day happenings of Wilcox Custom Builders - including acquisition and sale of all development projects.
